Caldera Oaks Subdivision

Welcome to Caldera Oaks Subdivision, a brand new community in Ashland, OR, adjacent to the new East Main Park. Offering a mix of single family homes with detached ADUs, duplexes, and 16 townhouse-style dwellings.  Each home will feature a contemporary design with large glass, vaulted ceilings, patio space, and energy efficiency.  Options to purchase or lease are available.

Palm Springs Self Storage

The newest self storage facility in the Palm Springs market will feature a state-of-the-art secured site with a blend of drive-up bays, covered RV and boat storage, and climate controlled units.  Construction scheduled to begin in 2026.
